ABOUT

I spent a large portion of my life over weight struggling with weight, low self-worth, anxiety and depression. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, I knew I wasn’t born to suffer. So, I made the greatest decision I’ve ever made…. I committed to my health. I made lifestyle shifts and released of 80 pounds of extra weight and greatly improved my mental health.

How did I do that?

I focused on creating sustainable habits for long term success, and I was successful. However, even when the weight fell off my mindset and self-esteem still suffered.

I chased a feeling that I thought was only achievable if I looked a certain way, and after years of eating ‘clean’ and ‘hitting the gym’ I began to suffer debilitating gut issues, brain fog and severe fluctuations in my mental, emotional and hormonal health.

Through my late 20’s and early 30’s I focused on not only healing my physical body, but my emotional body. I educated myself in various holistic health modalities and learned how to truly heal myself. I expanded my knowledge of environmental toxins and how they severely impact our overall health and well-being, how food as medicine optimizes our physical and mental health, and how to regulate the nervous system and heal the emotional trauma that kept my body in a state of dis-ease.

Through continued practice, I learned to cultivate a balanced inner world with the right foods, movement and mindset that truly supported my health goals. I’ve developed a deep passion for sharing this knowledge and a desire to help other women create these sustainable and meaningful changes in their own lives.

Today, I am a certified Holistic Health Coach with real experience and evidence that the health you desire is truly achievable. Health is an ever-evolving state that goes beyond our plates and the gym, and cultivating lasting health is a balance of our mental and physical disciplines. Each of us is created with an innate intelligence that lives within us, and with a bio-individual holistic approach, we have the ability to align with the healthiest version of ourselves.

Choosing a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel restrictive, heavy or defeating. I can teach you how to make the journey a high vibe soulful one!
