My session with McKenzie made a world of difference. She was able to help me connect with my body and my needs, see the root of my challenges, and make progress on my sleep hygiene, which unlocked progress in other areas of my wellness journey as well. Working with McKenzie over the past year has helped me to dramatically improve my overall health and well being. I was considered 'pre-diabetic' before I started working with her. At my last doctor's appointment, my doctor said to just keep doing what I am doing because things are under control. She didn't even mention going on any medication to lower the cholesterol. My cholesterol and A1C numbers went down, liver numbers were back to normal, and I am much more aware of how to navigate my life with healthier habits.
